Step 1 — Open the Code Menu
From the game lobby, click the Twitter bird icon or the Codes button on the left rail. The code input field appears as a single-line text box.
Step 2 — Enter the Code Exactly
Codes are case-sensitive. Type the code exactly as shown, including capitalization and any numbers. Common mistakes include swapping O for 0, lower-casing an uppercase letter, or adding a trailing space.
Step 3 — Claim the Reward
Press the Redeem button. Rewards are delivered immediately to your account wallet. If a code has expired or hit its redemption cap, the system will return an error message rather than partial credit.
Troubleshooting Failed Codes
If a code fails, double-check capitalization first. If it still fails, the code may have hit its redemption cap or expired. Codes tied to specific events (like Lord of the Seven Seas) typically expire within 30 days of the event ending.
